Long-time craftsman Jouni was also involved in building the old Birgitta. Eight years ago, the construction work in Hernesaari nearly proved fatal, but after a lifestyle change and shedding 15 kilos, Jouni now moves around the construction site practically running and climbing like a 15-year-old.

Rasmus “Ralle” Leppälä is the youngest son of restaurateur parents and also works as a chef at Birgitta. He describes himself as an analog man born into a digital world. He handles both a knife and a jackhammer with ease.

Esa is a versatile handyman who is always where help is needed. With a twinkle in his eye, he says that every workday is like a delightful treat.

Goodluck describes himself as a calm and quiet man who values the little things in everyday life. He particularly enjoys traveling to England to visit his family.
